Jeff Boyer, CSCS/USAT LEVEL 2/Youth & Junior Coach
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry as a trainer, coach, and manager. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and one of the very few USA Triathlon Level 2 and Youth & Junior Coaches in the USA!
Jeff has worked with an extremely varied population of clientele in New York and Los Angeles, from athletes and celebrities, to youth athletes, and “weekend warriors.” As the Head Coach of two triathlon teams, Jeff has coached all levels of athletes to multiple podium and Ironman finishes. He has also helped over 100 athletes cross the finish line of their very first triathlon!
As a manager for “high-end” fitness clubs, Jeff helped hire and develop over 300 employees and educated hundreds of trainers in proper assessment technique, strength and endurance program design, and business management. He was also instrumental in the opening of two multi-million dollar fitness facilities.
He founded B Athletic Multisport to fuel his passion for triathlon and the multisport lifestyle. In 2012 Jeff started the Team Barracuda Youth & Junior triathlon program to introduce kids to multisport, and teach them how to have fun & succeed in a sport they can to for the rest of their lives!
Jeff was a collegiate football and track & field athlete. He is a two-time Ironman finisher, completed the NYC and LA Marathons, raced in countless 70.3, Olympic, and Sprint distance triathlons, and continues to compete in numerous sports and endurance events today. Jeff can often be seen running around his hometown in Westchester County, NY with his dog Diesel.

Frank Ortiz LMT
Serving Westchester since 1998 Frank combines techniques found in Swedish, therapeutic/medical massage, myo-fascial release and neuromuscular stretch to relieve muscular tension as well as treat sport related injury. Frank is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and Licensed in NYS.
