Blueberry Chocolate Rice Cakes

Hey Team,

For those of you not sure about what to eat during training and racing, or for those that just don’t like the way gels and gummies make you feel (i.e. – gut rot, GI issues, etc.), 2014 Team B sponsor Skratch Labs has created a couple of great cookbooks.  In both the Feed Zone, and Feed Zone Portables, there are a number of great recipes to help you get your fuel from REAL FOOD!  Many of these recipes can also be played with to suit your taste.  I also included chia seeds in this recipe from another 2014 Team B sponsor Health Warrior.
